Nira on the beach

J was working from home today so I could get out and about-what a gift!
We went to Tentsmuir Forest, a favourite of mine.

Glorious sun and no-one about.

Following a 50 minute walk in the forest we took to the beach.

A heady mix of pure joy in the elements, doggy companionship and feeling as if I was bunking off! Thanks JJ!
