Christmas Shopping Fail

Been to the bank to sort out finances.
Started looking at houses - hoping to buy sometime next year.
Both things I'd put off and put off while studying. Exciting now that it's starting to happen*.

Into the city today to start some Christmas shopping. Approximately one- fourteenth done now. Dismal effort. Think I need some idea of what I want to get people rather than wandering aimlessly through the throngs of people. It's only going to get busier...

PS in case you wondering- it's Monday night, bins are out. ;)

* I probably won't think it's exciting when traipsing round the forty-seven thousandth rubbish place though.
