Composition dilemma

I walk past this church on a regular basis and it already strikes me as a beautiful building, what's slightly less appealing is the forest of signs, traffic lights and fences surrounding it.

The other day I was approaching it from a different direction and noticed this view is clearer than others (also includes the monument), sadly the fence is still unavoidable so I decided to wait until there was something interesting going by - settled on this BMXer.
