A bird in a tree...

Today saw more improvement with my back and for the first time in more than a week I drove my car. I only went into Gala for some petrol but I wanted to make sure that I would be ok to drive to the osteopath tomorrow.

I went out for a wee walk again in the late afternoon and took a picture of a wee bird in a tree, no idea what sort of bird it is but he/she was happily posing. If you look at it in "large" you can see all the new buds on the tree so I reckon spring has sprung here at last. It's all good!
