Winter or Summer?

In precisely 10 days most of New Zealand will be on holiday. The great Kiwi Christmas summer.

Today started with a summer'ish theme, but by 2pm that all went very pear shaped. Thunder, lightening, wind, rain, hail, and even snow on the hills I hear.

In 12 days I am going to be on an island on holiday. Summer better be here by then ...
