Date night....

First day off in almost 3 weeks.

Opticians, cleaning and food shopping in the morning, and a friend over in the afternoon. Cake and a catch up, and then, after she left, a soak in the bath.

Out for our second date night in a row(well, grab the chance while you can). We started off at Joseph Pierce for some pear cider, followed by a delicious meal at Khushi's. Very tasty.

Fit to burst after the meal, so a slow meander (rather like last night) home and a bottle of wine to finish things off.

It's been a crazy long week for both of us, so it's nice to know we've got a lie in tomorrow.
