To most this is just a picture of a shop. To me, this is a long day of hard work!
My colleagues and I spent Wednesday out of our office, totally dismantling and rebuilding the shop at work, then restocking the shelves in the new improved layout. The shop reopened today and when I went in I couldn't help but be proud of our handiwork, hence the photo!

At Uni I studied retail and it was nice to bring things from that into my work, I genuinely am fascinated by the psychology of retail and how you can encourage people to buy things depending on where you put them on a shelf.
