It had to be Roo, wonderful Roo.

A funny sort of a day, I had to go into work this morning to have a CRB check which we all need to work for the NHS so I did that mid morning I then drove to a park not far from work that has it's own nature reserve, it's been a lovely warm day so the wildlife was making the most of it.

This afternoon took a walk out with the dogs and they had fun but it was a little warm for them as you can see.

Tonight I've just sat down with a stir fry that I cooked and going to rest my still painful foot.
