Last evening of birthday cards

Cannot belive these have been up nearly 2 weeks where is the time going.
Working week finished wooo woop.
Rode to work again.
Got home and ran only did 3 miles but its a start.
Then blew by getting a chicken kebab. But it was really nice something I never thought I'd say.
Breakfast - strawberrys and w w yoghurt
Lunch - pear cottage cheese beetroot cucumber
Dinner - chicken kebab and can diet pepsi
