The last load....

of Sauvignon Blanc came into the winery last night! So 18days after the first load we have all our 3200 tonne of fruit in for the 2014 vintage. Now I get busy in the lab with ferments and finished ferment analysis. Keeps me busy at this time of year! Maybe will get a day off at Easter?!
