Roast Duck

I spotted this guy once before and knew he'd be a blip one day. He is tending a duck roasting oven that opens onto the street. He really knows what he's doing too. I watched hi use the long rod to pull a duck out and just shove it through a window on his left, straight onto the window front sliding rack ready for sale. Another, he just put back in the oven.
