Dying embers at Henley Beach

An exhausting week on the brink extended to 1810 before I left the office. Roadworks on West Terrace/Port Road led me to take Henley Beach Road and that persuaded me to stop at the water's edge before going home. Great sounds and just a glow from the sunset still had therapeutic value before gym, Skype, barley wraps and baba ganoush plus Dr Blake, sans fishnets, ended the day, flavoured somewhat by Polish Hill 2007 Shiraz and a lovely second chat with the memsahib. The adventure is coming to its climax and tomorrow will bring the 200thbip too... So... Watch on dear viewer, watch on....
