Biology Class

Botany and Biology class gets real - so while it's great to stop and investigate, and observe and discuss structures and creatures using a magnifying glass, four hours of lessons in the forest is a long time. So we do have to break up the time with Photography lessons, water breaks, snacks. making up stories and poems (Curriculum Requirements), doing silly walks, practicing word play and P.E.

I think I have the edge on silly walks having perfected the Groucho Marks walk in my youth, whereas Eryn's is in the development stages.

PS - In case you were wondering, Daddy has to carry reference materials, stationary, clothes, food, water and cameras, but hey, as you well know, it's no hardship, especially when she gets to run free - and all that clobber doesn't stop me running either.

Besides, it's mommy who has the really tough job, and she keeps this all going.
