Not too many I fear.

Just coming to the end of a very pleasant weekend with Son and Daughter in law visiting for their 'Christmas' weekend.

Turkey and all the trimmings for lunch then exchange of gifts round the tree later. This is because, after sharing Christmas proper with Ruth's parents in Oxford, they will be jetting off to Missouri for a conference for a couple of weeks. This was the last chance to catch up, especially with grandparents, before 2010!

So, among the gifts, each of us received a hand-made, personalised note book - mine to record all my 'deep' thoughts of the New Year.

I suspect with those guidelines, it may not get very full. But it will be a challenge, the outcome of which we may be able to share in 12 months time.
