Came to in a daze, visiting day so no real pressure; gently rolled over, made coffee, got dressed, all very easy. Still very much overwhelmed by the night before. And the stark contrast between night / day, alone / together, yesterday / today.

But the washing up reminded me it was real enough.

A day in the 'hood; local local local. But as a result, I'd piled on loads of work cos no travelling as such.

Some really sad cases, a lot that made me bitter and highlight the traps government set for people and may lip service to about 'helping'.

Home lunch time, soup, sandwich, sleep. Then out, more of the same in the afternoon. But overall, an enjoyable day, def. helped some people, I think there's a fear in a lot of people about changing whether for good or bad.

And home around 4, spent some time doing admin til 6. Then a quiet evening of housework, phone calls, reading.
