Expo

Took the afternoon off to go to the Marathon Expo. You have to go there to collect your number and timing chip, which you then have to guard with your life and remember to take with you on race day. I got given the wrong number at first, good job I was paying attention. Once the number's collected then it's in to the main exhibition, where you can buy more running kit than you can fit in your house. We were drifting towards the exit, bags heavier, credit cards having done their own marathon, and by chance were in time to see Martin Yelling giving a talk. He was excellent, practical, funny, and very positive.

The blip is a pano somewhere in the Expo chaos. And there's somebody who managed to be in both sides if the picture!!
