Energised

I can report that for me at least, flowerspirit's prediction of a special day on 12/12 energy-wise was spot on. After an awful start, the day went really well and I feel a lot of negative stuff has been dealt with; I feel exhausted but rested at the same time.

To celebrate I took a walk today along the Trans-Pennine Trail (no, not the full length of it; I'm not that fit) and enjoyed some magnificent views of the Mersey estuary. Have a great week everyone.
