MillesGarden Statue Park

Went over to visit a friend of a friend in the 'burbs of Stockholm (a island north of the city called Lidingo). Actually, everything here is an island, so I'm not sure why I used it as a descriptive term.

Anyway, on the way, our bus dropped us off near Millesgarden and so we walked through this amazing sculpture park.

I don't remember learning about Carl Milles in college, but evidently his statues are all over the world, including the U.S.. I'll be on the look out for some on the way home.
