The cows are back in town!

Glad to see the cows have returned to the town moor and castle Leazes! I was walking home and this one had a good look at me!

Newcastle town moor is 1000 acres of green land in the heart of Newcastle. Freemen of the city have the right to graze cattle here. The cows have been away over the winter but this week returned. The paths through this section are always really busy with students and people walking to work, love to see the cows wandering onto the path and not seeming to be bothered by humans at all!
