Criss Cross Sunrise

Learnt something new today: the Met office send up weather balloons every morning to assess the atmosphere.
Today there is a reverse temperature inversion as from 2000m up there is warmer air than below. This means that from 11am as the moisture content on the air rises the vapour hits the warmer air and becomes a cloud layer.

Never happened. Just sunny.
