Blue skies again!

Ok so there were some spots of rain but on the whole the day improved and is still nice and sunny
Took the doggies for a nice long uphill plod this morning & about to drag them out again for their canal walk.
My friend in Nova Scotia came up trumps and offered no1 son a 3 month trail in her pub. I am sure he will go beyond that. Relief all round from us! Just need to get dates set so we can start the tedious job of booking tickets. Thought we might go over for a couple of weeks till he gets settled down a bit plus it will make for a nice wee break, assuming I don't end up with more bookings, if I do I will have to take them.
Man beast has spent all day tinkering with a broken outboard which is really annoying me as I have already located one (that works). See if this tub boat had belonged to someone else ...it would have been in the water long ago! However we are getting there!!! (I hope)
