Sticking Your Neck Out.......

...........can sometimes get you a free meal, if you're a pigeon but you have to be prepare to fall off your perch (so to speak) several times which set the feeder swinging like a pendulum . The little chaffinch on the other side wasn't too sure about sharing the feeder with such a big clumsy brute and kept having a peep round the feeder to check up on him. I have to say I don't blame him, I'm not sure I would want to try to eat on a swinging table with a companion that is relatively so big and unsteady, would you? ;-)))
