Clinics all day. Met up with a guy who I had met at the spinal unit in 1997 who reckons I'm responsible for him marrying his wife. Very happily married thankfully.

I also met a very fascinating man who had an amazing life story. Who'd have thought having a submarine bomb fall on you would lead to greatness?!
