Rainy day activity

Only took one blip today. Rainy weather...

Had the pleasure of nursing baby Charlie for the first time today. I am very good with babies being an old midwife and baby health nurse, but they always prefer their Mother, even though they are only one day old! I enjoyed looking at him better as he seemed happier with his Mum. The trusty iPad doesn't take the best indoor shots but I am very excited to say another digital SLR is coming my way soon....then I will hopefully be able to get better shots inside. I will have to do some homework to work out how to use it.

The two rose books in the blip are old faithfuls that come out from time to time and the other is a detective novel set in the outskirts of London. The author was born in UK, Scotland I think, but now lives in Australia. It was lent to me by a friend at work, Leanne.
