"Grill" Thursday

I do know how to translate it better. This Thursday of the year (two weeks before Ash Monday) Greeks celebrate by grilling meat. I was in Thessaloniki, after a long time, taking a walk next to the White Tower. People had their grills everywhere, out of their houses, shops, even coffee-shops were offering grilling meat.
