Poor Cow

Whilst on a river trip in the north of the country on the border with Nicaragua we came across this, the poor cow was stuck fast and the two guys were struggling to pull her out, luckily the boat in front threw them a line which they tired around the horns, then it was full throttle in reverse the she was free.
