Another KK blip

KK does seem to be featuring in an awful lot of my blips recently but she is only a temporary resident and it will be nice to have something to look back on when she is no longer with me.

I had a good day today. I have got this morning thing sussed now, I set two alarms! The first one went off at 0700 and I took some painkillers then the second one went off at 0900 and I got up. My back was very sore but not the agony it has been. I really don't know if there has been an improvement or if the pain management is working better.

Mum and Jim came down today and took me shopping to Asda (I have to say it's a bit embarrassing at my age to have to get my mother to put my socks on and tie my shoe laces but needs must) and they gave me a hand with a few wee jobs I was struggling with. So tonight I can say that at long last KK has been programmed into the cat flap, my electricity and gas meters have been read and I'm just about to get into a freshly changed bed - it's all good!
