Rain at long last

Nice steady country rain as they call it here. Boy did we need it. We have been watering in the garden......in the first week of April! I gather the vegetation is four weeks ahead of normal. The dandelions are now set to burst possibly the end of the week depending on how warm it is.

This evening took the Blip. Typical April afternoon/evening but the forsythia would now normally just be coming in to bloom rather than being at it's end.

Having to dry/clean dogs after the walk was almost a pleasure.
