Hibiki-Ikki-Ikki

Diane, in the middle, has been learning Taiko in the same classes from, I tihnk, the second one I took part in. A German with a constant smile and a laugh, who is soon off for a new life in Australia. She'd mentioned to the teachers (Paddy and Lisa, flanking) that she'd always wanted to play a piece called Hibiki, which involves moving across drums while crossing hands. Which is complicated. So over email they adapted it, morphing it with Ikki-Ikki, and practiced separately, and nailed it. Superb stuff.
