Blipper at work

Our last day, and the weather has at last brightened up. After our bingo experience last night we slept late, so didn't venture out with the picnic as early as we had thought.

The New Forest was very boggy, and we saw vast areas of woodland which had suffered during the storms. We wondered how the area was going to be managed in terms of clearance - or is the current thinking more about leaving nature to deal with itself?

We had our picnic at Beaulieu with a couple of friendly donkeys, who were very interested in everything that came out of the bag!They were also happy to pose.
