Without meaning to I've ended up with a few Blip possibilities today. Having 14 hours of daylight all of a sudden does help.

She left Antwerp at 9:01 (am) on Tuesday and berthed at Braefoot (the Exxon plant) at 10:54 this morning.

I'm guessing she arrived offshore during the night, and had to wait here for daylight and/or the tide to berth.

We see ships anchored offshore all the time. It's a sheltered spot if the wind is from certain directions. I often wonder why they're there. I've found a website which tells me.
