Green Island

Mum and I took the boat out this morning to check the crab pots. Well, the pots had crabs in them but they were all either female or undersize. Not to worry. Mum and I took a tourists cruise around Green Island. I decided to beach the boat on the north western side of the island, which, due to the prevailing winds, has a natural cove which is amazingly only a 10 minute boat ride from the mainland.

I have never beached the boat on Green. I have always been too busy fishing.

This morning, doing the tourist thing I dropped in to have a look. It was so nice I had a swim while I was there.

It is nice to use the boat for pleasure rather than fishing...sometimes.
