Argy - bargee!!

We've been having massive problems at work, getting a well known private refuse company to pick up our recycling bins each Wednesday. For some reason they seem to think that just because we pay for their services, it's unreasonable of us to expect any.

They always have some ridiculous excuse for being useless.

'We came at 6am. You weren't there.' That's because we open at 9.

'We came at 9pm. You weren't there.' That's because we close at 6.

'We couldn't see the bins.' They're scarlet. And huge.

'We came on Tuesday. We sat for a while but the bins weren't there.' Um, yes....that's because our contract is for Wednesdays.

I've been really patient for the past three months. Tomorrow, one of their 'waste management executives' (person who answers the phone and says' 'I dunno'!) is going to hear how I sound when my patience finally runs out.....
