Clue : Think back to why I gave yesterday's shot the name I did and try putting two and two together.

Not feeling very well this evening. I have either strained a chest muscle or else the left lung is giving me pain again. Please not the lung. I don't think I could suffer even one more day in the hospital. Better off to just go out quietly here at home.
