goldfinch

Got one big smile on my face today after getting this photo! :) since Saturday I have been trying to get a photo of the goldfinches in the garden but to no avail. so today instead of trying to hide out of sight (they knew I was there!!) I sat in full view of the feeders then within 2 minutes they were on the feeders I took a couple photos then tried my luck and 'sneaked' up closer and ...ta da! I got my photo!! whoop whoop!!

Had a good day today, took the boys on the beach with some friends for a picnic.
