Wall happens

I walk by this wall almost every day and I've already got used to it. But today I noticed it again. I have no idea what's happened and it seems nobody's interested to do anything about it. I don't care. The yard is actually full of crocuses, and you wouldn't be able to see them if the wall was still standing.
