Scottish Salmon in Chicago

How odd and yet wonderful. I'm in a downtown Chicago restaurant, ready to order a fish specialty off the board when I nearly fell out of my chair! Scottish Salmon is a special of the day! Not sure if this salmon really came from there though...wait, something doesn't look quite right. Oh Geesh!

Misspellings are so irritating...but on the other hand, what's an extra 'T' here and there gonna hurt? Oh wait! Virginia isn't spelled like that either.

At least the food was good.
