Recuperation

I had intended to run an ultra-marathon today but, despite the gorgeous weather, I decided to go to the doctor to get some medicine so that I can get properly over the awful hacking cough which has been bugging me since Saturday. Popped into school in the afternoon to do a little bit of preparation work there and took this photograph in Ikuta Shrine which is looking particularly lovely at the moment. Fingers crossed I'll be fit to run the ultra-marathon tomorrow or Friday, hopefully in the same glorious weather we have enjoyed today.
