Mystery Gnome Home

I was on a hunt today to track down the owners of what appears to be a Gnome Home that popped up over on Bainbridge Island, Wa. I had read they were mysteriously popping up in Kansas...and now this. So after seeing this I tried to hide and see if I could spot the gnome home owners. I did see a colorful rustle in the back woods so I followed in the direction of the noise.....but all I saw was a swiftly vanishing tip of red. Perhaps the gnome hat....but I won't swear to this. As I had other pending business to attend to, I had to give up the search for today....but hold onto your seats as I'll be back to continue the gnome hunt!
