Calton Hill

On a brisk walk to Waverley this afternoon, while waiting to cross at York Place, and after spotting my second only tram, I looked up.

The sky and clouds over Calton Hill make a great blip, for today.

Surprisingly, I'd never noticed the cross on top of the Nelson Monument. It must have been the way the sun caught it that highlighted it for me.

I don't look up often enough!
