Almost every morning, Katie wakes up (usually snuggled beside me) and cuddles on my tummy. She then has me tickle for her a while. She then plays hide and seek in my room. She runs to the toilet part way through as she remembers she needs it. Then she sees her playroom and runs in there, getting lost in her little world. Today, she started a wonderful, fairly extensive game with her figures and roads, chattering quietly as she went. Then I heard lots of crashing. I discovered she'd thrown it all back into the boxes and had got her tap shoes. Her friend gave her a super cute pair of silver tap shoes and she's alternated between dancing in those and her ballet shoes for a lot of the time that she is at home!

I went for her a bit early today. When I picked her up, she did a double take as she wasnt expecting me. The run into my arms with an even-bigger-than-normal-grin was just fabulous.
