Treetop Iguana

Up early for a lazy breakfast in the sun then we went zip-lining. Fantastic, loved it! I don't know if the lines were hugely long but they were long enough and fast enough for me and we were up at treetop level with amazing views over the islands. We 'd been told to look out for iguanas and this guy was sunbathing right next to one of the platforms. He's pretty big, his tail would be a couple of feet long I think, and he was just sunbathing and munching away on the youngest leaves. Must be a hard life!

We went wandering afterwards. St Thomas is basically a hill sticking out if the ocean so it was downhill all the way to the north coast then a long haul back up and over to the other side of the island again. Beers were called for by then
