I'm Watching You

I stopped by the fishing docks at Little River, SC on the way home. This guy acted like he was the guard for the docks and fishing boats. As I got closer to him, I realized a pelican that large could do some scary things if he didn't like my camera. Anyway, I sat quietly on a bench, and he kept his watch.
