Up at 4. Slight dilemma trying to get out of the door. Walked to the bus stop, there were so many people around... why? Got to St. Panc, got a muffin, got on the train, ate said muffin and then slept all the way there. We got there super tired, it was raining and we realised we spoke no French. We had a coffee and croissant and started our trek to the Pompidou - the wrong way. We eventually got there. It was shut. Walked to the Louvre as we just wanted to go somewhere inside - shut. Walked back to find our apartment about 2ish, dropped off our stuff and went back out to the Sacre Coeur for a wander and to find a supermarket.
We got back and I had a little nap, woke up and Piero had cooked dinner... and we got super excited about the watermelon pudding. Then we just spent the evening making collages whilst watching Casino Royal (the only english movie in the apartment).
