Not so much Wind "swept" as wind "swiped".

We promoted Saturday to a Thursday ("Taking off day") So we took off. We took off to Silloth, and Allonby, up to Aspatria via Hayton. Can't remember WHEN I last drove that route. I remember when I last ran it (11ml round trip in 1Hr 5 mins trailed by "The Gang" on their push-bikes.) 
Thence via Fletchertown and Mealsgate through Caldbeck to home-base. Arriving with more "Miles to empty tank" than we started with and WITHOUT topping up.
As you might expect there were several candidates, but I thing this wins "hands down" (Trunks down?)
