Bute-iful

I've been working on the Isle of Bute today and the journey from Stirling via Loch Lomond and The Rest and be Thankful (my preferred route) took me through the usual west coast of Scotland weather of wind, rain and sun.

I have blipped from the Colintraive ferry terminal before and again this location didn't disappoint as just after I had purchased my tickets I managed to capture this rainbow as the ferry on the 3 minute journey across the Kyles of Bute was waiting to leave.

Bute is a small island but is a wonderful place to spend a couple of days.
