Bon Anniversaire

A nice Sunday which involved:

* Last long easy run before marathon next week (aaarghhhh).
* Olivia was finally able to invite two of her bessie friends over for a play date (now that the house is finished - hurrah).
* Myself and Dex made a carrot cake for my friend's birthday this afternoon! He is my Belgian running buddy and our kids get on really well so they had a wild time while we ate cake and chatted marathons (his wife is a runner too).
