Green door to... ?

I wonder how to get out through this green door.
Good that they´ve placed an emergency exit sign
that tells people to pass it. Just so they don´t try to open it.
This used to be a brewery before, beside a chocolate factory.
Now the whole block is a culture center
with a lot of clubs and other cultural activities.

Culture is dependence no2 after food I think.
