Formby woods

Had to be up early to get from my friends house in Formby and into Manchester for work, but also wanted to get a blip from near the coast before hitting the dreaded M62. So this is just a very quick shot into Formby woods, taken from the roadside. The sun was hitting the sides of the trees and the sky up through the tops was becoming blue. Just a lovely spring morning. Would have preferred to have my walking gear on and head off through the woods to see the red squirrels, but was suited and booted for work so had to push off! C'est la vie, and it was still a lovely start to the day.
