Looking without Seeing

Bit of an odd title, so let me explain. This is an example of one of the many parts of my day that I see but never think about or take in. This is part of my front door, but how often do I actually register what's on it?

Sorry, that was a bit deep wasn't it. I was struggling for a blip and this sprung to mind. Must be having a bit of a funny turn today ;)
